Description

To work within Inverness Benefit Delivery Centre as part of a team. The posts will be based within busy operational sections, or on a Telephony Team.   Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. Duties will involve processing and maintaining claims to Social Fund benefits, dealing with telephone enquiries, general administrative duties and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Applicants will need the ability to gather, interpret and process information accurately and timeously.

Candidates successful at the initial sift will be invited to attand DWP Literacy and Numeracy tests to be held week commencing 9th June 2008 in Inverness.  Candidates successful at this stage will be invited to attend the final assessment stage which will consist of an interview.  This will take place week commencing 16th June 2008 in Inverness.
