Description | To work within Inverness Benefit Delivery Centre
as part of a team. The posts will be based within busy operational
sections, or on a Telephony Team. Applicants must be
able to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. Duties
will involve processing and maintaining claims to Social Fund benefits,
dealing with telephone enquiries, general administrative duties and
maintaining a high standard of customer service. Applicants
will need the ability to gather, interpret and process information
accurately and timeously. |
