HoursThe Benefit Delivery Centre operates between the hours of 7.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Full time hours are 37 hours per week. Actual working patterns are flexible and can be negotiated depending on business needs.

Description

Key Tasks:

  • To provide Administrative Support to the Benefit Delivery Teams, those who process benefit claims and those who carry out the supporting functions.
  • Inputting of information to Jobcentre Plus databases and updating IT systems.

Personal Requirements:

  • Competent in basic computer skills.
  • Able to carry out admin tasks such as filing, photocopying and word processing.
  • Good communication skills in dealing with internal and external organisations.
  • The ability to speak welsh is an advantage but not essential.
