Hours The Benefit Delivery Centre operates between the hours of 7.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Full time hours are 37 hours per week. Actual working patterns are flexible and can be negotiated depending on business needs.

Description

Key Tasks:

  • To process and maintain claims to benefit.
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive information and advice to customers claiming benefits, via telephone or in writing.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Personal Requirements:

  • Competent in basic computer skills.
  • Able to gather, interpret and process information timeously and accurately.
  • Good communication skills in dealing with internal and external organisations.
  • The ability to speak Welsh is an advantage but not essential.
  • Able to develop good working relationships with colleagues, managers, partners and customers.
