Description |
Providing advice and resolving customer job, benefit
and payment enquiries liaising directly with internal customers and
external organisations, both in a face to face environment
and via telephone, email and fax. Applicants must have good communication
skills, basic computer skills and be able to work as part of a team
as well as on their own initiative. |
