Term of contract

Fixed term appointment with the possibility of permanency. The fixed Term Appointment is offered for a stand alone piece of work that can be done within a finite period of time that is less than four years

Description

Providing advice and resolving customer job, benefit and payment enquiries liaising directly with internal customers and external organisations, both in a face to face environment and via telephone, email and fax. Applicants must have good communication skills, basic computer skills and be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
