Use the AA/AO Competency Choice application form to tell us about your skills and experience.
The form asks about the ways that you act or behave in different situations that you are likely to have experienced.

Emailing your application
- Save your completed Competency Choice application form and Equal Opportunities form to your computer.
- Make sure that the subject line of your email contains the job reference number and your full name. Please note: we cannot accept applications without the job reference number in the subject line of the email.
- Attach both your completed forms and email them to us at the email address given in the vacancy details.

You can post your application to us, if you prefer.
