Please note that the financial provisions in Schedules 5 and 6 do not
apply to the JSA New Deal funding pilots in Scotland, Kent and the Black
Country, where the competitions were based on price as well as quality.
Alternative versions of these Schedules will be agreed separately between
Jobcentre Plus and the successful providers, and will not be published on
this website.
