Procurement Competition - Results

1. Results of the Pre Qualification Stage (PQQ Stage)

The first stage of the above competition has now come to a close and we have already informed all providers who submitted a PQQ, both successful and unsuccessful, by individual letter.

For those providers who have been successful, we have invited them to the second stage of the competition i.e. the submission of formal tender(s) and by following the links in this notice; it will lead them to the following documents:

Instructions and documentation for the second stage of this competition have already been sent to those providers who have been invited to submit formal bids.

NB The Local Specification SE05 Work Trials and Mentoring in the Kent District has been withdrawn.

2. Details of Providers who have been invited to submit formal bids

We are providing details of all providers who have been invited to submit a formal bid(s) and you will find this list by following the link below:

You will note that this list provides details of all local specifications and the providers whom we have asked to bid against each one. In addition, we have supplied contact details for each provider so that contact can be made in cases where providers might feel that they could work together on a sub contracting basis.

DWP does not recommend any provider. Providers are free to contact whomever they feel they can work with.

3. Networking Events

In order to promote networking amongst providers, DWP is arranging a series of meetings between 7 December 2007 and 11 January 2008 in various locations. The purpose of these events is to facilitate the engagement of providers who have been invited to submit formal tenders at the Second Stage of the competition, with providers who feel they can deliver elements of local specifications on a subcontracting basis to the Prime Contractor. If you would like to attend one of these events, please follow the link below:

4. Feedback

Due to the high level of interest in this competition, it will take a little while to prepare feedback to providers. We are planning to issue written feedback to those who have been unsuccessful at PQQ stage early in the New Year and I would, therefore, ask for your patience in this matter.

I take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in this competition.
