Work Programme Provider Guidance

Please Note: Due to the new conditionality and sanctions regime, relevant guidance chapters/forms have been amended to reflect the changes that were introduced on 22 October 2012 and 3 December 2012. It is also worth noting that JSA claimants who have been sanctioned or failed to participate prior to 22 October 2012 will need to refer to re-engagement action as detailed in chapter 7 pre 22 October 2012. Please see the relevant Work Programme Provider memo for further details.
