Phase 2 Flexible New Deal
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is offering organisations the opportunity to compete, through an open and competitive two-stage restricted tendering process, for the delivery of Phase 2 of Flexible New Deal (FND) in a number of contract areas.
Stage 1 (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire)
Submission of a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) by interested organisations.
Stage 2 (Invitation to Tender)
Submission of a fully completed bid by organisations successful at Stage 1.
We invite you to download and consider the specification for Stage 1 of the competition at the link below.
We are inviting expressions of interest from Public, Private and Voluntary sector organisations to deliver Phase 2 FND in partnership with local partners and stakeholders.
DWP will only contract with a single legal entity. Where organisations intend to bid as a consortium, they may nominate a lead organisation who will act as the prime contractor (with the other organisations as sub-contractors) or they may set up a new legal entity such as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to bid for these contracts.
Organisations that wish to be considered for these contracts can request a PQQ via the e-mail address below. Please note that the closing date for Expressions of Interest is 12 noon on 30th June 2009.

We appreciate that after considering the Specification you may have questions. We hope to be able to answer most of these at our events. We will also open a formal Q&A process following these events to deal with any ongoing queries.
