Community Task Force Phase 2 (Ctf2) Invitation To Tender (ITT) Events

Dear Provider

The successful organisations have been published on the Supplying DWP website on the 19 February 2010. We are now able to provide further details of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) events for the Community Task Force (CTF2) tendering round.

Two separate ITT information events will take place in Birmingham on the 3 March 2010 and the 4 March 2010. The venue for both events will be the:

Novotel Birmingham Centre
70 Broad Street
Birmingham
B1 QHT

Both events will start at 11.00am and finish around 3.00pm. Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.

These events are open to organisations notified as successful at the first stage (PQQ stage) of the competition. Successful organisations have been notified and the names of these organisations are listed on the Supplying DWP website under Notice To Providers.

During the events DWP is looking to further facilitate networking opportunities between potential Prime and Subcontractors, including Third Sector and smaller organisations.

Organisations wishing to express an interest in working with potential Prime Contractors are welcome to attend the events. Further to this your attention is drawn to the Subcontracting page that gives information on how to take expressions of interest forward and provides a standard information sharing form developed for this purpose.

Places at the events will be limited and therefore organisations will be restricted to one event only with a maximum of two delegates per organisation.

All interested parties wishing to register their interest should complete the request form and return to MayfieldcourtCTF@DWP.GSI.GOV.UK by the 1st March 2010. Confirmation of places will be sent to you via e-mail.
