Volumes – Work Programme Task and Finish Group

At the Work Programme Event on 16 December 2010 in London we announced the commissioning of a task and finish group to look at how volume information can be improved to support successful providers to deliver the Work Programme.

A selection of providers and representation from Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) were invited to join the task and finish group.

Terms of reference for this task and finish group have been agreed.

The first meeting was held on 19 January 2010 and the outcome notes from this meeting are now available .
