Update on Final Claim Process

Background

In the EZ transitional Guidance issued on 29 March 2011 paragraphs 31 and 32 referred to the Tracking Period and Final Claims Process for EZ suppliers. Paragraph 32 stated that further information will be given on the final claims process, this is now provided below:

Tracking Period

31. The current tracking period of 13 weeks is still applicable

Final Claims Process

32. You should continue to submit your claims as usual with the one for September 2011 to be submitted by the first week of October 2011.

We strongly encourage providers to ensure their final claims (including all Job Outcomes) are submitted as per the relevant contract clause where applicable, or by the end of March 2012.

NB: DWP will be closing the EZ database shortly after the March 2012 date.
