LEAP will provide an attitudinal and behaviourally focused training programme for unemployed inner-city residents. Whilst not excluding other groups, it will focus on those BME and other communities who are achieving employment outcomes less than equal to those of white unemployed job seekers.

Value of the contract

£1,173,602.80 exclusive of VAT.

Duration of the contract

24 month contract, commencing in May 2010, to enable the Department to evaluate the effectiveness of the service.
