Provider Guidance update - 8 June 2010

Dear Provider,

We have updated the Part 12 of the guidance for ESF 2007-2013.

The following amendments have been made form ESF10, to aid completion.

• the ESF Prime Contract number - The space for characters has been increased to allow for completing this box correctly
• Part 1 - main disability - this now includes 'recurring condition' in the drop down menu
• Part 4 - benefit - this now includes all the items from the drop down Part 1 Benefit list
