The first stage of the above competition has now come to a close and all organisations who submitted a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), both successful and unsuccessful, have been informed of the outcome by individual letter.

Organisations who have been successful at the PQQ stage have been issued the Invitation to Tender (ItT) instructions and documentation to submit formal bids for the second stage of the competition.
