Jobcentre Plus Support Contract

Specifications for Additional Modules

To ensure that the Jobcentre Plus Support Contract is flexible to meeting the needs of Jobcentre Plus customers it is possible to create and add additional modules to each contract.

This must be supported by a detailed specification and agreement between all parties.

To assist this process please find below a selection of Module Specifications. These Modules have been ’approved’ and, subject to the normal Change Control Process, can be added to your contract.

Please look through the list as an aid for any delivery you wish to incorporate into you contract. Should you find a Specification you wish to use in your Contract Package Area, please utilise this as part of the Change Control Process when you submit your request to your Performance Manager.
