Supplying DWP

Jobcentre Plus District information packs

To enable Providers to supply programmes effectively, it is important that they have up to date knowledge of the districts within each Contract Package Area (CPA), and the issues they will have to address.

To that end, each Jobcentre Plus district has produced a range of information deemed necessary for potential bidders so that they can tailor their bids and ensure they address issues affecting all those unemployed and on benefit at the local level. This has now been collated into a standard format for ease of use, and builds on the regional information supplied at the Framework bidding stage.

These documents are designed to be a 'starter kit': the information contained cannot be fully comprehensive, but will give bidders a sound, basic knowledge of the challenges within districts when designing the proposals within their bids.

Each link leads to the information supplied by all the districts within that CPA, some of which contain embedded documents and links to sources of further information.

Even though those organisations currently running programmes are not named, many districts have included details of persons within the district who can act as a gateway to them.

Any specific questions should be routed via the contacts given within the district information, or if none are listed, via the relevant programme’s Q&A log.
