The Professional Services team is based at two locations, The Adelphi, London and Durham House, Washington, Tyne and Wear. Work is split by category between the two offices.

The London office

Learning and Development Framework for DWP staff

The framework was launched in February 2009 and is managed by Buying Solutions

CIPHER Framework for the provision of interim personnel

The framework is has been let to, and is managed by, CAPITA Resourcing Ltd.

Scope: Interim Personnel

Service Categories: A framework for a managing agent, to deliver professional and technical interim personnel in the following core categories: finance, IT, programme and project management, human resources, procurement, communications plus niche role specialists as determined by business needs. The framework will cover a broad range of job role, including senior civil service equivalent grades at director level through to more junior project support staff.
