Print, marketing, communications and associated services

The Department has a single contract for the supply and delivery of material and services that meet the print, stationery, marketing and communications needs of its staff.

The individual contracts are detailed below.

The contract is for:

  • production, storage and distribution of all printed products (including forms, leaflets, instruments of payment and marketing materials),
  • configurable business stationery (letterheads, compliment slips and business cards)
  • Desk top stationery (pens, pencils, paperclips, staplers etc.)
  • Computer consumables (toner cartridges, CDs, DVDs, fuser units etc.)
  • Bulk reprographics
  • Direct mail
  • Envelopes
