The Framework for Vocational Rehabilitation

We have produced the Framework for Vocational Rehabilitation following the commitment given in the Second Stage Report of the Review of Employers' Liability Compulsory Insurance (ELCI).

We have involved other stakeholders including relevant Government departments and the devolved administrations. We distributed over 8,000 copies of our Discussion Paper and the responses have helped us develop the Framework.

This Framework for Vocational Rehabilitation is a first step towards building a new approach. It demonstrates the Government's commitment to provide direction and leadership on vocational rehabilitation by:

Implementation updates
