People in religious orders

[Legislation 71]

Members of religious orders whose needs are fully met by the order cannot get Pension Credit. In some cases, a member whose needs are not fully met by the order (for example, because they are living outside the order’s premises to nurse a sick relative or are too frail or elderly to participate fully in the order’s activities) may be able to get Pension Credit.
