Supporting young benefit claimants – Benefit Liaison Guidance

This guidance is for local authority staff who deliver services for young benefit claimants. Statutory guidance states that local authorities are expected to follow the processes set out in the "Benefits Liaison Guidance", to ensure benefit regulations are adhered to. This guidance has been updated by DWP to reflect changes to the Connexions service from April 2011.
