Journal of Occupational Psychology, Employment and Disability (JOPED) ISSN: 1746-0999 (online)
The Journal of Occupational Psychology, Employment and Disability (JOPED) is published twice a year by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
It contains articles written by DWP psychologists as well as non-DWP professionals working in the field of employment and disability, but also in the wider health, work and well-being domain. All articles are peer-reviewed by occupational psychologists or relevant professionals.
The articles include case studies, research projects and examples of good practice, as well as psychometric test and book reviews. The Standpoint section is specifically designed to promote contemporary discussion within the field.

Originally created as forum for sharing good pactice between DWP psychologists, the Journal editors are keen to encourage contributions from individuals and groups outside DWP. These groups may include:
- academics working in the areas of disability, rehabilitation, ergonomics and employment;
- medical practitioners working in the area of disability and rehabilitation;
- industrial practitioners working in personnel, in unions and in private practice
- organisations representing specific disability groups
