Clinical features
Symptoms of testicular cancer are:
- lump in the testicle – usually painless
- Dragging sensation or pain in the scrotum or one testicle feels different
- Collection of fluid around the testicle in the scrotum – called a hydrocele
Occasionally there may be symptoms from disease that has spread and these include:
- Backache
- Cough or difficulty breathing or coughing up blood
- Breast tenderness
