Duration of functional limitations will depend on the length of time the person has had Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Date of Onset - Less than 4 years - 2 year award

Date of Onset - More than 4 years - Indefinite award

All information must be taken into account when considering the duration of disabling effects and the duration of disabling effects must be based on the particular circumstances of the individual claimant.
