Clinical features
The main symptom of endometrial cancer is abnormal vaginal bleeding mainly:
- Post-menopausal bleeding – new vaginal bleeding after periods have stopped.
Other symptoms which are sometimes caused by endometrial cancer include -:
- A change in pattern of vaginal bleeding in women who still have periods.
- Vaginal discharge.
- Pelvic pain or pain on urination or during intercourse (dyspareunia).
