There would normally be no significant restriction of self-care activities or the ability to get around and therefore further evidence would not usually be required in most cases.

However, in the minority of cases where disability may have occurred (see Care and Mobility Considerations), then it may be necessary to request a factual report from the customer’s own General Practitioner.
