Sources of Evidence
There would normally be no significant restriction of self-care activities or the ability to get around as a result of Anaemia and therefore further evidence would not usually be required in most cases.
However, for Sickle Cell Anaemia, each case will need to be assessed on its merits. Further information may be needed from sources such as the General Practitioner, Hospital Consultant, Nurse Specialist or Health Care Professional
