Conclusion

We are proud of the progress we have made over the last three years on race and diversity issues.

We think we have come a very long way since we consulted on our first scheme in 2002. But we are not complacent. Of course, there is still more to be done before we can say that diversity is truly embedded into our organisation. We are confident that the actions proposed in this document will help take us closer towards this goal over the next three years.

We are always interested in the views of our customers and stakeholders, so we would be very grateful if you would take time to complete the evaluation sheet attached. Fill it out and your comments could help shape our priorities and the way we publish further documents.
