How does this support partnership working?
The opportunity for closer working that the Alternative Office facility provides will strengthen the good relationships being built up between The Pension Service Local Service and their local authority and voluntary partners. Issues and concerns can be resolved speedily with greater understanding of each other’s roles. This in turn leads to a better service for the customer, with fewer delays and frustrations.
