United Kingdom Employment Action Plan 2003
This Employment Action Plan sets out the UK Government's response to the Employment Guidelines for 2003.
This Plan summarises the substantial progress made by the UK since the start of the Luxembourg process in 1997. It also recognises that there is more to be done and illustrates how we are continuing to work hard at national, regional and local levels to achieve set goals. This year's plans are drawn up in response to the revised and simplified guidelines agreed in June and are more outcome focused.
