Archived Universal Credit briefing notes
As the Welfare Reform Bill progressed through Parliament we published briefing notes to set out key elements of policy relating to Universal Credit to provide greater clarity. These briefing notes are superseded by draft regulations and new briefing notes that provide the most up to date policy information relating to the Welfare Reform Act 2012, including Universal Credit.
