Review update – 10 March 2011

We published a call for evidence to help inform the review in December 2010 which ran until 28 February 2011. We have had an excellent response from a wide range of stakeholders covering a broad range of issues relating to specialist disability employment programmes. We are very grateful to all those who have taken the time to submit evidence. This is an important part of the information gathering process and will help to ensure that the review reflects the very best available information and different stakeholder perspectives.

The evidence submitted is now being processed and will be taken into consideration in developing recommendations and drafting the final report.

Over the next couple of months Liz will be using all the evidence gathered through the call for evidence, stakeholder consultation, literature review, data and analysis to test ideas, develop recommendations and prepare the final report to be published in summer 2011.
