Lancashire
Lancaster District 50 Forward involves a partnership between Lancaster City Council, Lancashire County Council, Age Concern Lancaster, DWP, and a range of local organisations.
Co-located in the same premises are Employment Agency and Volunteer Bureau for older people, enabling volunteering to lead to employment.
Signpost is a Care Navigator service designed to help older people navigate through the services and opportunities available.
