Devon
The Devon LinkAge Plus has three elements
- the development of a Senior Council putting older people in the driving seat of the later life strategy
- a self-help tool to prompt older people to think about their needs, used by the “MyDevon” Customer Service Centre
- a mentoring scheme for isolated people experiencing or at risk of social exclusion.
