We have developed a range of tools to help you when you’re working with pensioners.
We’ve produced a selection of PDFs (which stands for portable document format) that you can print off and use when talking to pensioners. If you haven’t used them before you can get help with PDFs on this website.
And we’ve included RTF versions of a lot of documents. RTF stands for rich text format and is designed to open with any word processing software. This means you can use it in your own publications and on your website.
