Opportunity for all

Opportunity for all is the Government’s annual report on poverty and social exclusion, and has been produced since 1999.

This year’s publication provides an update of progress against all of the indicators that monitor progress on tackling poverty and social exclusion. The indicators will be updated at regular intervals on this website.

However, the Government recognises that many challenges remain and that tackling these updated challenges requires a new focus. This is why an updated account of the strategy in the traditional Opportunity for all format is not being published this year. Other documents provide the information on key developments in the poverty and social exclusion strategy and links to these are included below.
