Social Security Advisory Committee report
The Government referred the draft Housing Benefit (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and the Rent Officers (Housing Benefit Functions) Amendment Order 2010 to the Social Security Advisory Committee. This is in accordance with section 174 (1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992. We are publishing the Committee’s report and the Government’s response to it, including a statement by the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in accordance with section 174 (2) of that Act.
