Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
10 February 2009
CIS has been enhanced to capture information about ESA customers since October 2008. The introduction of ESA required amendments to existing screens on CIS to display the awards. ETDs for ESA customers are now being produced. Initially only for ESA Income Related customers but from April 2009 ESA Contribution customers, with HB/CTB interest, will also receive ETDs providing a higher level of data exchange than currently experienced with Incapacity Benefit customers.
