Memorandum of Understanding 2011-2012
The Memorandum of Understanding 2011-2012 was issued to local authorities on 16 June 2011. It needs to be read in conjunction with the LA CIS Guide.
CIS training packages
The LA CIS Guide and associated CIS Training Package have been removed from this website. If you need a copy of these, please contact Local Authority Security & Support Team (LASST).
Please note it remains a mandatory condition to complete the training package.
Facilitator role
The CIS training package is designed to be self-study. However, it is recommended LAs have a dedicated training facilitator available to answer any technical or procedural questions raised.
Any queries about these products or any other CIS training should be directed to LASST.

The LA CIS Guide provides details of how LAs will access and use CIS and what security procedures must be followed. If you require a copy of the LA CIS Guide LASST will send it to you on request.
