ATLAS – Benefit Cap
Benefit Cap will come into force from April 2013. We aim to use the ATLAS functionality to send across notifications that indicate that a Household Housing benefit may have a Benefit cap applied, removed or reconsidered.
The ATLAS functionality will also be used to pre-warn local authorities of any grace period that a household has been granted in advance of the LA being asked to apply a cap.
IT Suppliers liaison
The LADS Delivery Team is working with the LA IT Suppliers to make changes to the existing ATLAS file to accommodate all the required changes for Benefit Cap.
