Wales

Wales Disability Benefit Centre (DBC) provides outreach for the whole of Wales.

We are also responsible for the Customer Service provided by Wales DBC.

Wales DBC now also processes new applications for DLA for disabled people in Tees Valley and County Durham (postcodes TS, DH and DL). You can read more information about this change on the Newcastle page.

Claim clearance

The National Audit Office has agreed national targets for the clearance of all claims for Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and Attendance Allowance (AA). The table below shows:

Complaints

If a customer complains because they are not satisfied with our service, our target for replying to the complaint is seven working days.
