The ILF Trust Deed
The ILF Trust Deed details the agreement between the ILF Trustees and the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions. This is the basis on which the ILF operates.
The Independent Living Fund (2006) Trust Deed came into effect on 1 October 2007. The Deed was amended on 17 January 2012.
