Equality Impact Assessments
We have published two Equality Impact Assessments relating to:
- changes to the ILF priority groups and threshold sum from 1 May 2010
- budgetary measures introduced on 17 June 2010
The Equality Impact Assessments are in relation to the decisions made by Trustees with regard to changes to take effect on 1 May 2010 and 17 June.
Trustees and the Senior Management Board at ILF are very aware of the impact that any decision that ILF takes to restrict the number of applications that ILF is able to accept. Such decisions are not taken lightly.
From the outset of the budget allocation process in October 2009 through to the final clearance of the allocation in March 2010, Management and Trustees have carefully considered the various issues outlined in the assessments below.
However, Trustees have a duty to manage resources within budget and in accordance with the provisions of the ILF Trust Deed.
