Senior Social Work Managers needed

The Independent Living Fund are looking for two permanent senior social work managers to be based in our Nottingham office. Working in the small, friendly, social work team, you will be away from the pressures of front line social services. The team supports circa 80 independent assessors, who are based UK wide. All our assessors are self-employed and carry out assessments on our behalf. Part of your role will be to manage your own group of assessors as well as provide professional advice and guidance to our staff on adult care plans, social care legislation and agenda, complex financial care packages and safeguarding issues.

You will be a registered social worker with previous experience of managing complex care packages in adult social care. CRB disclosure is necessary.
