Pay cycles
We make payments to customers over a four-weekly period. The details of when a payment will be made, and the period it covers, can be found in the pay cycles.
Which pay cycle is relevant is based on last name (cycle A – D covers last names beginning with letters A to D, cycle E – K covers last names beginning with letters E to K etc.). In addition:
- From and To dates refer to the four-week period the payment made is supposed to cover.
- Last Date for Processing Changes is our deadline for making changes to an award before the payment is made.
- Pay Date is the date the money should arrive in your account.
