Occupational health advice service for small businesses and GPs
Small and medium sized businesses face particular challenges when accessing occupational health advice. To address this, occupational health advice services are operating in England, Scotland and Wales.
The advice services
The advice services provide small business owners and managers with early and easy access to high quality and professional occupational health advice, tailored to their needs. The focus for the advice services are physical and mental health issues at work, which affect individual employees.

The advice services will help small businesses to:
- keep employees healthy and at work
- support an employee back to work as soon as possible.
The opening hours for all pilots are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
(Scotland only – Fridays 9am – 4.30pm.)
