Good practice guide for over-50s providers
The Age and Employment Network (TAEN) have published a good practice guide to help ESF providers offer 50+ participants the employment support they need. ESF Projects Successfully engaging with the Over-50s has been compiled from good practice tips and techniques contributed by ESF projects so that their knowledge and expertise can be shared with others. A hard copy of the guide can be obtained from kate.apted@taen.org.uk and the guide can also be downloaded in PDF form from the TAEN website.
