NIACE guidance for learning providers

NIACE (the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education) has recently published two guides for learning providers describing helpful approaches to the engagement of micro-businesses and the support of learners at risk of exhibiting challenging behaviour within provision for unemployed adults:
- Managing challenging behaviour within skills provision for unemployed adults
- Engaging micro-businesses: a guide for learning providers delivering skills provision for unemployed adults
Both guides are potentially of interest to ESF providers and can be downloaded free of charge.
