New ESF Gender Equality Guide
The new ESF Gender Equality Guide is now available. This practical guide draws upon recent research undertaken by the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE) as well as good practice identified from ESF Mainstreaming Leader Award winners. It also explains the programme’s mainstreaming priority to increase the female participation rate to 51 per cent during the second half of the programme period.
